Mmmm . . . butter!
I’m a big fan of butter.
In fact, I consider it a real health food.
Plus, it tastes great. It makes other food taste better. It’s easy to get kids to eat it.
I eat a lot of butter. My family eats a lot of butter.
BUT . . . even I would NOT try and eat 2 pounds of butter in one sitting!
The dude in this video does just that . . .
This is really impressive . . .

Moustafa Ismail and his Record breaking Arms
Every morning after I turn on my computer I check a handful of regular web sites. One of them is the Australian News channel Ninemsn.
A fairly stupid habit on my part I guess as News never really improves your day (or life). But I don’t read the paper so it’s just me trying to stay in semi-touch with current events.
Well . . . wasn’t I shocked to see the headline;
“Bodybuilder wins record for Popeye-like biceps“.
The article went on to report Egyptian bodybuilder, Moustafa Ismail, aged 24, has been dubbed the real life POPEYE for getting in the Guinness World Record for having the biggest arms in the world.
But this is an astounding and sad state of affairs for a number of reasons, as I’ll explain . . .
I’ve been emailed a couple of links to different motivational running videos. Thankyou all.
This is the best of the bunch so far . . . it’s hard to watch and not feel like getting out there and running!
Enjoy

This clip shows a speech Will Smith made during the 2005 Kid’s Choice Awards. So bear in mind he was talking to youngsters.
But it’s good advice for everyone. I’ve found both essential to my life . . .
Scenes from some of my favorite movies showing the importance of building endurance through running training.

Daniel Craig in SKYFALL
Project Skyfall came from a simple idea I had.
Basically, it’s about motivating you to get into great shape.
We are picking a future date then aiming to train hard and diet strictly . . . right up until that date.
Why? Because it’s much easier to motivate yourself to stay on a diet and training regimen when you have a target to aim for. Any target will normally do as long as you care about it enough.
But in this case the target I came up with is the new James Bond movie, SKYFALL;
I had forgotten Daniel Craig was a side kick to Angelina Jolie in the 2001 movie Tomb Raider.
However after I was reminded I went to the trouble to watch it again.
OK, not the greatest movie and Craig’s accent is pretty average, but . . .
The man is in TOP shape!
I like to use movie stars a lot when it comes to giving examples of being in shape.
For many reasons. For example movies are easy to find and watch. Then to re-watch for motivational hits. Also, the stars tend to be “average” guys (or gals) who have had to diet and train hard to achieve a certain LOOK for the movie character they are playing.
A lot of professional athletes have very inspiring physiques and talents but many of them are so genetically blessed or are such freaks of nature (in a good way) and train so much and so specifically, it’s harder to relate to them.
Which brings me to Daniel Craig . . .

How does Cat Holland achieve such an in-shape body? Check out her training Videos below . . .
Too much testosterone on this blog.
So it’s about time I paid tribute to some lean, fit and strong women.
And my first pick is Catherine Holland, also known as Cat. A 31 year old personal trainer and fitness model from California.
I know there is a never ending supply of attractive half naked female fitness models throughout the internet, and generally I’m not the biggest fan (shock, horror).
Seriously, some really go too far . . .
